DLC I purchased is no longer on my account.

The "Edge of Fate" DLC I purchased and completed was removed from my account, I have the loot from the campaign to prove I did it, just tried to load into the campaign on my other character to progress, only to realize I somehow don't have it anymore, would love to hear a response back, cheers.
