For now it looks like they’re going to have all but the event ones obtainable from using ciphers or something like that. They got fireteam ops ciphers, crucible ops ciphers and pinnacle ops ciphers in the database.

Perhaps it is an illusion, Make something appear strong, just so that we will spend more time in the game chasing it. Or it is just a test, to see what our response is to armor having unique bonuses.

Kinda why guns are less desirable with every expansion now.
