Add matchmaking for Pinnacle ops.
Why is Exotic missions, parts of dungeons and Freaking Onslaught a solo playlist ?
A second solo playlist mind you. Who thought that would be a great idea ?
You already showed and proved to us that these missions can be run with matchmaking on, so why not just add it ?
These are all 3 man activities. Sure they can be done solo, but they were meant for 3 people.
3 of these are even 3 man seasonal activities.

1 返信It really needs it. Fireteam Finder is a joke. Randoms in matchmaking have better group skills than FF. They run off solo speed run and eat all the revives up or will just leave for absolutely no reason. I experience that in Coil all the time.

3 通の返信It's really dumb how onslaught(normal difficulty) always had matchmaking before Edge of Fate released but then removed it when the portal launched. Now it's in a stupid rotation where you have to wait a few days for it to have matchmaking for just 1 day. I used to enjoy having a few games of onslaught every week but since Edge of Fate released I've only played 1 or 2 games in 6 months. It should always have matchmaking just like everything in fireteam ops should.

1 返信I honestly wouldn’t be upset if Bungie just scrapped the portal all together… It should’ve just been a quick splash page for newbies to know what’s happening that week and maybe offer some additional reward engrams.

Right now, you have some pinnacle ops that award Exotic weapons, some dont, some are parts of Dungeons that can give legacy dungeon gear, some dont, sometimes match-make, some dont... Its so discombobulated. Here's how I would rework the Portal : -- a Solo category that's nothing but lost sectors, no fireteam, no match-making -- an Exotic missions category with nothing but exotic missions (that all reward exotic weapons) which can ALL be match-made, or customized for solo/fireteam -- a 3-player Vanguard category with strikes, empire hunts, expeditions, etc which can ALL be match-made (not just some) or customized for solo/fireteam -- an Arena category for the activities with 4 or more players, like Dares, WellSpring, Astral, Ketch... dare I say Gambit... ALL match-made ! -- a PvP category for the various PvP modes * Dungeons should be completely removed from portal. They have unique emblems, titles etc that you dont get from Portal ops. And having to learn mechanics on GM difficulty with champions & a time limit is probably hurting actual Dungeon engagement, as ppl will think that ALL dungeons are this difficult, when they're not.

This game is just done. Met some dude that just picked the game up on sale, and because of the sheer lack of direction or explanation for anything present, mechanics or otherwise, they wasted 2 hours with 4 people trying to do the Crota Raid. They had no clue what it was, just looking for gear and "oh this sounds cool." They literally could not figure it out. 2 whole hours of tossing things back and forth, and because of zero context or explanation ANYWHERE in game, they were just running into a wall for multiple hours. They can't be bothered to do the most absolute basic things to help new players get started or catch up. Where's that roadmap they said was coming? I'm sure they had a blast jamming all Christmas and New Years. Can't wait to see what excuses they drum out next.

Glad to see the "additions" from the portal outweigh the director... Classic bungo, remove anything that functions correctly and replace it with a new, faulty version that only works with "current" content and not the other 95% of the game...

Hard agree, id like to see a better revive system to smooth this out, too. I prefer the og system where you either had insanely long respawn timers or no respawns only revives. It lead to less feel bads and more holy shift clutch moments.

As long as they made it optional I completely agree. I like running them solo most of the time but sometimes it’d be nice to have some help to make it go faster, even if all they end up doing is kill ads for me lol
