Vespers host triumph bug?
I've completed the part of vespers quest where I had to find the 6 messages but after I talked to hawthorne I should have received a second quest but I didn't. There is nothing in the abandoned quests. I also have the secret triumphs locked out for some reason and im pretty sure they are needed to advance the quest that I dont have. I've previously acquired the second secret chest once from a friend if that helps figure things out. Any advice?
Edit: I tried to access chest on another character and I cannot focus at all.

The rest gets done either by you figuring it out, having someone show you how to do it in-game, or by following a guide.
