Bungie could you try this? (anti barrier hc)
Could 3 of your devs do a conquest grandmaster with hand cannons anti barrier and post a video about it?
all your players would love to see you do it.

Yeah they aren't the best however if you have one with reconstruction it deals with barriers ok. Usually 4/5 shots to break barrier shield and be ready before the shield health regens to break again. Damage with something else and be ready for shelid. Alternatively use melle for radient with lmg. Works fine.

3 通の返信ZigZagにより編集済み: 12/22/2025 2:23:47 PMRevision zero! Add techsec two piece to instan-break the barriers, and the sniper mode does like 598 to head and has its own version of kinetic tremors. Add auto loading area denial or something like and the stasis heavy bow w/ unstop mod chill clip to stun overloads too. Also, the most slept on super right now is nova warp, I fly around dropping 50 weaken balls all over the map and clear the room on GM. Revision also gives your super refill crazy boost. Try it. With contraverse and revision you can do one minute novawarps and easily solo arms dealer. P.S. a tip: At tormentor after hitting the switch, go to opposite side of the platform in the far corner opposite the main the door you come in and stand in a spot away from snipers and just clear everything with grenades.

6 通の返信The entire artifact this season is awful. Snipers are great, so is Microcosm, but everyting else is completely tone-deaf. Overloads are still an issue too. Beaming an overload with Thunderlord, after the stun it just starts gaining health and teleports behind cover to come back at me with agro. Champs were always poorly coded.

15 通の返信"Just use abilities" I can't believe the most common counterargument to such blatantly dumb choices for this season's artifact is just spam abilities in a first-person shooter... If I want to spam abilities, I'll play Warframe, where I can actually feel powerful.

1 返信Refurbished heavy sniper (one shot) Or any KT sniper (rapid shots) Otherwise its tough. You can try a KT HC that may work but its slow

11 通の返信Explosive rounds and techsec 2pc work fine for GM through ULT with a legendary HC. Unfortunately techsec isn’t easy to come by any more.

🤡: Just use something else... 🤦♂️: IF this were just a pre-existing exotic that wasn't quite working, you'd have a point. If Wish Ender weren't quite breaking shields efficiently, sure, use something else. However this is a MOD from the ARTIFACT made specifically for THIS SEASON that clearly DOES NOT work. If the mod wasn't intended to be used to break shields, then why is it in the game? I'm fine with not fixing it. Just remove the mod and replace it with something that boosts primary damage instead. That addresses two issues.

Last time they did this. The overlord champion made them look like a fool. And we all laughed cause it was a clear sign that the players weren't just b!tching. They don't want to make themselves be a fool again.

4 通の返信Snipers can have it and there are some exotics with anti-barrier built into them. No one but you is making you use a Hand cannon.

lol remember Joe Blackburn and his failed attempts at a GM with the overload champions? Yeah they don’t test their game for bug, issues much less play it for fun. Destiny is really window dressing for the huge eververse store. Nothing else matters to them except that. All the money, time, development, ideas resources, designs and artwork are dedicated to eververse everything else is on the back burner to be fixed in a future update but they never say when that is.

1 返信There is sniper anti barrier and a seasonal mod that gives anti barrier. Play the game and stop thinking theres 1 option.
