Old or new gen? Is it sending you to the dashboard, switching off, or closing the game? If it's old gen it just can't keep up, used to freeze back in early d2 on the titan public event & was caused by explosions & enemy density & the games far more intense now on the internals. If it dashboards it's the game crashing, if it turns off it's the Xbox overheating.
