agreed. especially when the perk-combinations you want are spread upon several weapons and 4 perks each are wasted... let me farm a currency and create my own combinations. that would also remove the damn rng out of the game, which only rewards the lucky ones instead of those, who put time and skill into the game

not sure if they scrapped it but they did say they will use crafting as a catch up mechanic... so maybe EOF era stuff will be craftable soon.. it actually would make people try content over.. making replay-ability and the reasons for it be pretty clear... then next would be renegades stuff next season/episode/epoch.. whatever we are callin it now -
Agreed Bungie went on and on about how hard it is to increase valt space but then actively made it harder to get good guns then when you do finally have a good gun they Nerf the good perks on it and then you have to farm it again so now you have to have four contingency roles on everything just to make sure you have a good gun when the NERFS inevitably hit... solution crafting and I've been on about that since the beginning of it

2 通の返信I disliked crafting. Everyone had the exact same guns in PvP. Nothing to chase except 5 red borders.

9 通の返信Agreed, BUT I personally think that raid, dungeon gear shouldn’t be craftable, as it kills the incentive to re run them.

3 通の返信Crafting is the same problem has Tiers Tier-1-4=non redborder drops Loot becomes meaningless, drops become meaningless We got 1000 spaces now, you shouldn't still be playing vault management

2 通の返信Have 3 different perks that could work for different builds or scenarios, or craft multiple versions of the same gun for different builds. Hmmm.... decisions decisions.

Couldn't agree more. One of the deciding factors in whether I stick with Destiny long term or not, post Final Shape, will be whether they bring back crafting or not. They got rid of it to "increase engagement" and "make random loot more valuable", but it had the exact opposite effects (at least for me and everyone I've talked about it with). I used to play WAY more when there were seasonal patterns to go after, and random loot used to feel a lot more valuable and exciting to get when I didn't have to worry about whether it was worth the vault space.
