First off get rid of limited revives. i have to hide in a corner in arena ops. people fail all the time. guess what they wont keep trying they will walk away.
timers and limited revives need to go. the grading system needs to go. it was done by some authoritarian that wants world domination.
you are killing your game. limited revives should only be in gm nightfalls. who ever is making the decisions needs to go work at mcdonalds . arena ops and fireteam ops will eventually be a dead playlist.
limited revives come from sociopaths. the game forces you into harder difficulty where before edge of fate you could do easy activities if you like. there are no casual activities. even streamers that talk bad about the game i think are shills because they dont address the elephant in the room.

Ive been comfortably finishing all sorts of content and all I’m doing is spamming grenades and taking advantage of mods or abilities that grant health on kills. This game is only as hard as you make it. All classes have ways of becoming nearly Immortal and some are able to deal so much damage that it makes ultimate look like a joke. The issue is not the game being hard, it’s you guys not having the proper builds. If you are an average player, do yourself a favor and just look up online what are some good builds for endgame pve.

27 通の返信Yep. The game population is low, so let’s double down on the unnecessary punitive stuff like timers and no revives. That’ll bring the players back!

1 返信What's funny is I was wearing my vanguard knit hat going out to get something to eat when the guy working at the restaurant saw my hat he recognized it and was saying how he plays destiny and the first thing he brought up being a complete stranger and initializing a conversation about destiny was saying about the difficulty has gotten out of hand and also said that they need to focus less on the raids and more on strikes and things that you don't need to have so many people to do because he says how most of his friends have given up on the game so he left doing most things by himself.

8 通の返信It completely ruins foremost Pinnacle runs. They used to be fun as a solo player. Now you have to be on point at all times, make sure that you have the best loadouts and dont mess up traversing - but still rush through it because of the timer. There's nothing fun about it. It doesnt make us play longer, just make us dont play at all. I would argue that many dont even switch gametype after a frustrating activity with timers and revives, they just go "screw this game" and turn it off instead.

That is why they dropped in the vanguard alerts which is just run it in old strike playlist version for good loot. The down side is that is BORING as the day is long so they have made content for content creators and content for people brand new to the game.....Everyone else well I guess that is why they are so short on everyone else...

Talia Senduaにより編集済み: 12/13/2025 8:15:16 PMAt first the challenge was fun. But by now, it's just annoying and tedious. Bungie should stop entirely inviting Youtubers and Content Creators besides Fan Animation to those summits. Those people PROFIT from the game being hard to stretch their watch time. It's literally Bungie allowing Content Creators to lobbying the game to their needs and benefits.

5 通の返信Once you start using the cracked builds, you’ll realize the game is incredibly easy.

3 通の返信they set them intentionally to get a lot of fails and retries for extra metrics there isn't a single part of time limits and limited revives that revolve around providing more fun to players, they are just easy mechanics to cause more grind this isn't the A team of devs, they are basically instructed to max metrics off a declining playerbase - these aren't the people leading the top franchises in the world, this is the maintenance team phoning it in cuz they hate the job except as a resume builder to get something better with a company that cares more about their game declining live services are almost always disasters for the players

4 通の返信While I am completely enjoying the infusion of the SW stuff, I’ve been totally confused by everything after the campaign. I feel like I need an online course, study and take notes on what to do to get anything done. This is WAS a looter shooter, why does everything seem so overboard and difficult?
you are killing your game
It's not their game. Biggest part of those man who developed and evolved Destiny until Shadow Keep isn't in Bungie anymore. Those who work over Destiny right now just hired, they don't know what to do. They can't argue with level of Taking King, Forsaken or Rise of iron.

2 通の返信revives in arena ops need for sure to go, and timers outside gm and ultimate should not take away teh revives

2 通の返信There are a lot of builds which makes this game easy even on ultimate difficulty, but I agree that limited revives shouldn't exist. I do miss running easy activities sometimes, I don't really understand why they decided to lock everyone's power in everything. GM's and harder versions of activities like master raids/dungeons - sure, but not for everything
