EDIT: Fix found. All I needed to do was fast travel into launch zones a couple of time in. Kepler. That reset the launch button. I am a returning player and was playing the “The Message” on Dec 8. I was having a difficult time making the jump from the platform through the rotating obstacle. After dying probably 40-50 times I finally gave up at 1:00 am to try after the weekly update. Unfortunately, I cannot relaunch the mission. The Launch button is greyed out and I get a message that says, “You are unable to launch the selected question at this time.” I looked in on the map and the Quest archives but cannot find a way to restart it. I can’t even figure out how to cancel the quest and start over.
