I'm on gigabyte business fibre & of course it's open 😆 wired, series X, zero issues in any game ever. There's far more going on than people realise in this game. Crossplay desync is still wild, population concurrently is very very low, and as time goes by the search parameters extend meaning they'll match you with anyone available. It's never been this bad, ever.

Bandwidth does not equal a good connection. Latency, packet loss, and NAT type play a much bigger role than your bandwidth. I seriously doubt you have looked in game to see what your NAT type is. I’ve played all over the world, and I know that your NAT type is going to 100% change the time it takes for you to find a match. You’re not taking 15 minutes to find a match with an open NAT. You are likely on a moderate or strict NAT, which means you will take longer to find a match because you have fewer people that you can match with.

I've spent years studying connections going back to modern warfare 2 in 2010, I've had netduma to see my lobbies players locations. I use dmz's & 99% of the time I've zero other devices connected & zero fluctuations in speed & performance - I've 0 jitter & I'll not even mention ping because there's zero point thanks to how destiny works - I know exactly what nat type is & how it all works, it's also displayed on my screen in most other games constantly, some of which I've played for 7-8 hours nonstop. This was a 1 off game btw, this isn't a regular occurrence, I mentioned the mm time because of how bungie lowers mm parameters after certain times are hit. The search circle grows larger across the world map, so the longer you take searching the higher pings you have to your opponents thanks to distance, and as you'll know this results in issues like teleporting as people in caves in Iraq are usually playing on satellite WiFi 😆 this game rewards poor connections.

Add, I know you were not being truthful, because after 15 minutes, you would’ve error coded out of matchmaking for taking so long. You are “exaggerating” about 15 minutes, which is a nice way to say something that begins with the letter L.

If any of that you said is true, I can’t believe it, cause you’re saying you’re taking 15 minutes to matchmake in a 6v6 lobby. That’s just not believable, I’ve got the experience to back it up as well. I know the NAT type will affect the time it takes to match make. That’s why if I take you at your word that it’s taking you 15 minutes to match, you have an NAT issue.. perhaps you were exaggerating about the 15 minutes?
