Why is everyone complaining
I mean exactly what the title says, why is everyone complaining, like Destiny 2 is a great game, yes there are a hundred and one shitty things about this game but all I see on these forums are ppl complaining and making fun of other ppl who are trying to enjoy this game like I do and to add on that this game is fun IF you look at from a perspective of how to make the most I can. Anyone who disagrees with me can have a normal conversation please.

9 通の返信Firstly, there's no excuse for grammar like that, written like a 10 yr old. Secondly, you say it's got a metric tonne of issues and in the same sentence say it's a 'great game'. Thirdly, you've been back a day & barely played, after taking months away, so it's so great you didn't touch it for months. Your post holds as much weight as a plastic bag full of wyvern feathers. People don't go to forums when they're happy, it's human nature, it's why 99% of posts are complaining, on every forum under the sun. Which begs the ❓, why are you here if it's such a great game 👀

I guess some are complaining because there are a hundred and one shitty things with the game. Why some feel the need to attack those that enjoy the game, or some feel the need to attack those that are complaining about the game is something else that I won’t even attempt to delve into.

Whether or not they're legitimate complaints or not is circumstantial. Feedback being negative just means Bungie screwed up. Over and over and over again. Also, don't write a brick of text. It's painful to read.

You mean why are the people who are still here complaining, right? Because a huge chunk of the player base is gone, so you’re only really hearing from a very small percentage. They are complaining because they would like Bungie to make the game worth coming back to. If you’re having fun and have no complaints, go do your thing sugar bear. No one is stopping you from enjoying anything. Ignore the forums and live out your days blissfully unaware of complaints. Is it really that hard not to engage with negative comments? Just don’t open them. Get back in the salt mines.

4 通の返信agree on the complaining. most will respond that they are providing feedback when their post includes no such thing. they just don't like the changes that have been made since the final shape. i imagine it's ok to speak their opinion/minds just like we can but yeah, at times it comes across as simply complaining for the sake of complaining.

Given the alternative being a complete pile of horse -blam!-? If you’re willing to accept that and not complain then maybe next time I’ll sell you cow -blam!- instead and see if youll shell out $70 for that along wilth the cat -blam!- DLC. Disgusting I know but I think it should give you a picture that people want quality. Not horse -blam!-.

There’s a difference between complaint and feedback. If we exclude feedback, which is useful the rest is just people venting out frustration because everyone who’s been playing that game for a while loves it, but some people disagree on what the game should be like and where it should go. Thats why no matter what Bungie does you always have someone to complaint about it.

In all seriousness it would be nice to see conversations on issue workarounds, best builds, strategies, etc. Topics like this pop up once in a blue moon. They are always helpful to Op and readers alike. Hard to discuss in this thread….

People that enjoy it are probably busy enjoying it. It's this way In all of life, the proportion of complaints compared to compliments are always tilted. Personally I think destiny sucks now, but more power to anyone that still enjoys it. Just do you and don't care about what other people think.

4 通の返信Humans have a thing called "negativity bias," we focus on the negative and worry over it, it's a survival mechanism from ye olden days of cave dwelling. We all experience it, and throw a heaping helping of confirmation bias on top of that (everyone loves to hear their own opinions repeated back to them) and you've got a stew. That said, forums are also where people vent their frustrations, and it's kind of normal that people who are unhappy would be coming here to express those frustrations. The people who enjoy playing the game aren't worried about forums, they're playing the game and having a good time. So in addition to negativity bias and confirmation bias, we've also got selection bias. The negativity gets me down a lot of the time, too, for what it's worth. You're not alone in your frustrations. The solution, sadly, is to use the forums less; these are yet another form of social media, and we all know what social media does to our brains. If you're having fun, keep having fun, don't let the forums get you down.
