Harassment toward my daughter who’s new
I am writing this because my account is shadow banned because my daughter plays my account when I’m at work . She has autism. This game helps but yesterday she read someone’s message and started crying alll because she’s learning . I’m not using a bot please fix whatever you’ve done to make my account unplayable in PVP. It’s noticeable and very shitty that you punished my daughter all because some -blam!- thought it was a bot .

The second is a matchmaking restriction, it is not possible to enter certain activities, generally PvP, while this is in effect. This latter type lasts for two weeks in the first instance and two months after this.
