The paid half of the Season Pass Reward Track includes five entries that each provide a 3% boost to your Portal Activity score, to a maximum of +15% at Rank 89.
If you earned these bonuses from the [b]Reclamation[/b] Season Pass they will have carried over to [b]Ash & Iron[/b], but if you have purchased neither Season Pass then that would be a likely explanation for at least part of the discrepancy.
