Prepare for the influx of “git gud” comments from the usual suspects. I swear, only a sadist and sociopath could come up with some of these criminally annoying modifiers.

The only people here who need to "git gud" are the devs. The game is bleeding players left and right, and the only thing they do is make things worse with these decisions. Like the new event, that would be elitist and stupid, even if the game were in a better state, riding on popularity with a high player count. But of course, they don't play the game, so how could they know it?

Oh yeah. I got one of those just a few minutes ago. I really can’t see how the game being in a bad state, low player counts with an event that the majority of the remaining players dislike has anything to do with MY skill issues. 😂😂😂😂😂🤣

It’s fun for those who like a challenge. Not everyone likes the style of game mode where you might get zero reward after a full effort. For the Salt Mines, I capped out the score with every difficult modifier (including the only +5 option you get for playing with all bows, which just got changed to be equal to the other loadout mods— SMH). On my third try, I got all the way to the point where I defeated the boss with 9 seconds left, the chest drops, 3…2...1… and it boots me to orbit with no time remaining. FYI, you need 10 seconds remaining after the boss for all the animations/objectives to trigger for the mission to complete. I felt completely defeated. Sitting there gobsmacked, I yelled out a passionate, “NO. F—KING. WAY!” But then I laughed in disbelief. I took a break to eat & went back in. For those that enjoy a brutal challenge, the feeling of accomplishment for those kind of things matches the despair. You just got to learn how to manage despair & you’re golden! But that’s not for everyone or even for most. Insert “today’s generation is too soft”

The game could be down to barely a thousand players and those people would still say "git gud its ez", they are not living in reality. I am only 300 power as ive taken a break, thought the event looked cool. Realized it's nigh impossible for casuals to get the cosmetic reward. Yeah i dont even care if the game that used to be my favorite goes under anymore..
