glitched friend request
My epicgames friend tried adding my steam account, but now i have a permanent friend request that cannot be accepted or denied and is constantly flashing at the bottom of my screen for minutes on end. I can only get the alerts to go away by adding them as a friend through the search bar but once I log off destiny it un-adds them and the friend request alerts start showing up again.
Also, when I play with them, the friend request bungie # changes from their in-game bungie #. They don't show up in my bungie net friends tab at all as a request or current friend. Does anyone know how to fix this?

By any chance, have you verified whether you experience these same issues if adding your friend or accepting their request via Bungie.net rather than in-game? Also, considering your friend is on a different platform, have you disabled [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/4403006598164-Destiny-2-Cross-Play-Guide]Cross Play[/url] in the past? If yes, have you re-enabled it, but are still experiencing this?
