You are going to have to get some kills first: If the Jetpack Fuel bar resets on death especially. Gain an air move jetpack. Weapon and Arc powered melee final blows build up Jetpack Fuel. Activate your jetpack while airborne with a forceful blast of exhausting Arc energy, then fly forward based on the amount charged. Collide with a combatant to unleash a blinding blast of energy and gain a temporary bonus to your melee stat. If the Jet Pack fuel bar resets on death especially. I'm not sure if "Exhausting" here is a hype word or it will both Blind and Exhaust enemies.

You will die by a buddy or axion bolt before you get close enough to punch them
