Could you let us know which error codes you're seeing when these issues occur? Alternatively, if there aren't any error codes, are you receiving any other messages or are there any other indicators of these issues when you're sent back to orbit? Further, were you completing these activities solo or in a fireteam, and were you active within those activities?

In fact, the very first time I think I saw Weasel error and I thought that it will be a common error. However, I did Vesper Host with a fireteam and at the last boss I was disconnected. What is strange is that I launch the game and suddenly the message offered me to rejoin the game and the fireteam.
After this, I did some solo in the portal and the same issue came (by offering to rejoin the solo activity I was doing).
Just few minutes ago, my son who is playing with another profile faced the same issue (disconnected and re-launch the game). Just checked again my internet but it is working fine.
I will pay more attention next time and what error is giving me and let know with more details. Again, I don’t know if it is only my PS5. No other PS5 players or other plateformes are facing this issue?

Understood. Strangely, it is the first time it happened as I play Destiny since 2014 and never happened so frequently. Just now I have again the error weasel …and to be honest it is not my isp because my wife is working from home with internet connection. Fyi I have 1T speed (yes 1000 Gigabits) and again never had this issue with Destiny 2.
