I have taken all steps to troubleshoot this issue. I have wired the connection and the game still doesn’t load. The best solution I have is to unplug my Xbox remove the game then reinstall. This is not a solution as it take up to 45 mins to install each time. And destiny is the only game I have installed so it’s not a space issue

To help us investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, can you clarify if you receive an error code eventually, or does it simply leaves you on the loading screen indefinitely? If you receive an error code at some point, can you specify which one is received?

I do not receive any error codes. I go to load the game, it say press A, I press A it goes to the next screen says connecting in the bottom right corner then kicks me to the Xbox home screen to choose a game or app.
