I'm a returning player and i was searching the internet to unterstand how to get exotic armor i haven't unlocked yet, so i read about resetting Rahool reputation rank to unlock t3 focusing. The problem is i don't have any reputation bar when i talk with Rahool, DIM and D2 App say i'm at 0% but i have decoded many engrams. Is my Rahool bugged? Or am i missing something? Thanks Luca
