Congratz Aztecross and devs. You win. You've made it so that grinding is pointless. Make a victory video and put it in your twab about how you drove away the casuals.
Aztecross whines all the time there's not enough grind and that everything is too easy, cause he has all day every day to sit on and make the perfect bs loadouts. Aztecross never sherpas and tells the devs to not do anything with pvp. Every Aztecross video is just him saying we believe things that we don't.
Well Congratz, you've drove away every normal person and casual. You broke the 30/70 rule of 30% pve and 70 PvP for an online game. You gave all the youtubers the exotics day 1 with some stupid reward system and didn't give it to anyone else in a reasonable time frame.
Congrats. The systems are just repeat repeat repeat, no success in completing things and moving on.
Nobody is playing your game, the clans all died.

14 通の返信Streamers/influencers ruined this game years ago it's not a recent thing. The game has been garbage since lightfall. Their ideas and opinions have shaped the game into what it is and what it's once thriving community has become and yet they take absolutely no responsibility for the state of the game. They even go as far as to blame YOU the community for being toxic ( side looking you datto you little weasel) Now alot of them are jumping ship and going to try and find other games to ruin and try to take their viewers with them. They truly don't care about what's best for any game or community at large, they care about views and money in the bank. My advice is to steer clear of any content creators and their channels that play games for a living unless they are purely release review based or instructional/guides. If they play or stream games for a living their opinions and ideas are completely bias and always will be , particularly if they only main the one game. Their livleyhood is dependant on the game catering to their needs and wants and how much content they can squeeze out of it.

5 通の返信Aztecross cannot be a Sherpa because he’s a carry 😀 I’ve seen his last few attempts in world first and was pathetic. He’s getting carried in PvP too by ZK and FB regularly. How is this loud a** so popular and why his opinion has any weight is beyond my comprehension?!

2 通の返信[quote]You broke the 30/70 rule of 30% pve and 70 PvP for an online game.[/quote] What a load of Bollucks, I am guessing you came up with that rule to fit your own biases Warframe is 95% PvE and it has 3 times the players of D2, PvP is only needed when you stop investing in new content and prop the game up so the players are each others content, allowing you to rake in the profits with very little investment PvP can get stale also, kill other players for no reason and no gain, start new match where the previous match means nothing, repeat, I used to play COD4 multiplayer religiously, and even then I would get disinterested and play through the campaign again

Even in Vanilla Destiny they were inviting the Youtubers like diplomats to speak for everyone else that has 'actual jobs', time constraints and just wanted to play the game. Unlike these leeches who monetise every video they pump out and play way beyond healthy or sustainable norms. Don't get me wrong, I watch a good bit of this content for info, but they are by far NOT indicative of the average Destiny player by a long shot. The silent majority aren't die hards that obsess over daily politics, exploitations and every tedious, minuit detail to "be the best". We just want to have a fun game to play with friends, one that doesn't drive average players away with this "meta build", try hard, uber difficulty garbage. You shed players every season by catering to the loudest complainers in the room till NOBODY is happy and the casuals have already abandoned ship. It's a mindless, spoiled brat, leechy self perpetuation. A downward spiral that has to either cease or kill the game. There's nowhere else to go with this model any more. Their 'Marvel Endgame' has happened and Bungie is the new Disney that has cheapened the experience without any true vision aside from low effort, pathetic "fixes" (gimmicks) that do little to nothing to move this franchise forward. Simplify or completely eliminate these arbitrary numbers, currencies, materials and systems so we can play the content we want and chase that loot. It's just that damn simple. Anything that detract from THAT is just see through BS now and literally everyone sees it. The nostalgia and allure to see the ending is gone, over, and Bungie has nothing left to fall back on any more. Destiny IS a must play game underneath all the PR nonsense and politicing. You just need leadership that has the actual BALLS to do what needs to be done. And if your leadership doesn't love the game then it's cooked already. Through all the years Destiny has had wanna be contenders come and go. Please don't let corporate goons, or whatever the hell is wrong with leadership over there be the thing that topples the franchise that was literally untouchable for over a decade. I just pray that the moral at this studio gets a boost and the support they deserve, The vibe ALWAYS shows through in the game itself, and you can't deny it. I hope ya'll get to enjoy creating an amazing game so we can all enjoy it together. Thanks!!

did listening to streamers and content creators help put this game in its current state , most definitely is it there fault - nope no matter how you look at it ,if some one gives you bad advice and you still choose to take it , the outcomes on you bungie is the one in control of the path and choices made ,it all comes down on them

Most people play in their free time, after work, in between family life and not because they record it, talk about it and get paid in the process. Youtubers are not the sole problem here but certainly have contributed to where we are now by wanting difficulty to be increased, by wanting nerfs to weapons, armour, etc. And as for the state of the game...well, as someone who plays it from D1 day one release and doesn't play anything else it has lost the 'fun' element a while ago through removing content we actually paid for, removing weapons we grinded for through sunsetting, fixing any player advantage we had instantly but leaving bugs, issues and cheaters as if these simply don't exist. From the commercial point of view, this is very badly run venture where the top management knows the ship is sinking but still asks its customers to pay extra for the life buoy despite us, the customers, paying already for premium cabin on this cruise to nowhere.

Bungie's insistence on exploiting the player base with ever decreasing levels of new content but increasing the grind has always been the issue. Look at the main problems we had from Edge of Fate, streamers didn't ask for those and most of us knew they would be problems on launch: 1. The portal is souless and complicates the player experience for very little value. Everyon is going to put on the easiest modifiers for ops. Portal shoupd clearly have been a supplement and not a replacement for the director. 2. Unstable cores in no way helps with "buildcrafting". Actually I want someone to try and explain to me how Bungie thought it was suppose to "help" when it was clearly a worst system with the only function of forcing you to grind for new gear, at an exponential cost. Only widespread community revolt is getting this deleted. This one was an outright lie by Bungie, and we aall knew it. 3. Making tiered loot drop only for new activities, while we kind of guessed only new activities would have tiered loot. Think this surprised some people including streamers. Yes Bungie, we know you want us to hit your KPI and "prove" that the new systems were successful. 4. And the worst thing was effectively soft sunsetting all old content by not only not having tiered loot, which was bad enough, but also by not having loot give light level increases. You can argue that making old loot tiered was too time consuming, fair enough. So what is the excuse for it dropping *far* below light level? So not much new contrnt, but at the same time making old content worthless to play.

Until Bungie "finds it's way" with Destiny 2, I am out of here. This constant change of the basic game algorithm every few days or couple of weeks, is just not fun! Having to play for tons of hours just to get any level was bad enough, BUT NOW, level seems irrelevant since even if you are a 400, you get knocked back down whenever you enter any arena or strike or dungeon. Like on expert at 200, you get knocked all the way down to 185 cap, the enemies are at 200, even though you personally have a 400 level!! WHAT ARE YOU PROGRAMMERS THINKING??? Bye for now until and IF you guys get your act together.

The grind was too much I've been playing the edge of Fate since it began and I'm just now reaching 480. For as long as I've played destiny it's never taking a couple of months to get to the highest level in this game ever. The problem is unfortunately that they tried to fix it to make it more casual friendly, IE creating the portal. Because Google was apparently too much, so they created the portal so you dont have to google anymore. Except, they sunsetted 90% of the game. I do not know what exotic you're on about for day 1. If its raids, anyone who completes the raid day 1 has a guaranteed exotic when contest is live
