Heliostat bug ?
In Heliostat mission,the Nuajes Hacking Psion is just stood in front on pc with a glowing hand been like this for 10 minutes so I guess it is bug !

If its earlier in the mission where the drop pods are in the center path in front of you, you can enter the middle area where the drop pods are and then next to the drop pods on the right side there will be a path under the opposite room that takes you into where the partner console is.
