Armor rng isn’t what it used to be and that’s especially true as you get higher and higher tiers of armor.

I can only get tier 2 and 3 from what I've seen and so far those stats have not allowed me to increase my build at all since the update dropped. If I can't get the needed stats then how do I buildcraft?
