Whispers a shell of what it was at launch. Same with just about every single exotic. Most only get used when theres a bug making them better or an artifact buffing them. Any weapon i can think about in recent memorys been either supremely under whelming, niche, or op for like a week and gutted. Fact is most legendaries out perform exotics.
