at that point you're just meat for the other team's supers, I fully support just bailing on those game, matchmaking is broken and every game seems to go that way. Player population is too low for sbmm--but they need to fix it, it's been broken for awhile.

At that point there is usually only 2 or 3 players left on the other team and you are just farming kills. It takes forever. With matches being so lopsided it's also hurting new players from wanting to stay in the crucible play list, no one likes feeling so defeated for so long. At a 50 point mercy it would just end faster. Sbmm though should be affected by low player count. It would just mix skill talent better on each team. As it sits now its random. The 2 best players in a lobby can be on the same team. Sbmm would just spilt the to each team. I don't really want sbmm I would rather matches end and reset.

I understand why they have done it and I will continue as an avid average pvp player to advocate against an ongoing stomping. I have stomped plenty of teams, it doesn't feel fun either because it eventually falls to only 2-4 guys left on the other team. Player satisfaction is all that should matter at this point. Catering to new players and making their experience positive should be the only important factor. Without new blood Destiny as a franchise will cease to exist. Destiny pvp is some of the most fun gun play and ability ever. Lean into that.
