I'm writing later, and perhaps my information is no longer needed, but I'll note that this isn't Ikora's final mission. To trigger the final mission, you need to travel to the central hub (where the mail terminal and other things are). After descending the stairs, head left. Ikora will be in a small room with an open door (it's a little higher; you need to jump onto the ledge with the plant, the matter spark, and a group of Aeonians). After talking to her, she'll appear at the exit, and you can accept the final quest from her.

Could you upload a video showing exactly where to go? Many guides I watched said that is the last Ikora mission unless the icons disappear from the map. I was told to do all the blue icons on the Kepler map. If you do decide to upload it, please provide the link below so I can see if that will work, thanks.

I've provided a link to another player's video with a time stamp. https://youtu.be/UQQwhGWfJn4?t=40 It shows a small, tunnel-like room ahead, where Ikora was standing (there was no marker on the map, and this video doesn't feature this dialogue, so perhaps Bungie reworked the quest line). After a dialogue, she appeared next to the room with "Faculty Advisement" quest (the marker is in this video). For some reason, in the guides for her side quests, this quest was listed at the very beginning, but for me, it appeared at the very end, after the "Declassification" quest and the dialogue in the room I already mentioned.
