Get in contact with an actual human support
Is there any way to actually get in contact with an actual human being and not a scripted bot?
Got banned 149 days ago for absolutely no reason.
Support does NOT exist.
I provided a full rundown of installed programs on my pc. Even told them I'm open for Support to investigate my pc themselves if they want to.
Still got no response but open tickets with activity from the support's side and still no contact from them.
Only reason I got for them being open is to catch any new appeals and to auto reject them.
Still, I did nothing wrong. I'm given no reason as to why I got banned. Nothing. Zilch.

The times they do give a reason is when its a high profile ban or if they've made a mistake and are correcting it. Per the ban appeal page: [quote]There are no guarantees that a ban or suspension will be overturned, [b]nor that the email will be responded to.[/b] [b]Requests for additional information,[/b] [b]such as[/b] the length of a restriction or [b]reason for a ban, will be disregarded.[/b][/quote] As more than 6 weeks have gone by, you can pretty safely assume you've already been denied and they're leaving the ticket open intentionally, most likely in relation to data collection (as they mention tickets are used for that). BNGHelp cannot help you and BNGSecurity do not check the forums nor will BNGHelp refer you to them.

7 通の返信Hello there, The forums are the only official support for Destiny games. Unfortunatley, beyond linking you to the appeal form they cannot assist with game bans. The appeal process will trigger a 2nd review of your situation and if the ban was incorrect it will be lifted, if found to be valid, it will remain. If more than 1-2 weeks have passed and your ticket is left open or your ticket is closed without contact, it is generally safe to assume that Bungie found the ban to be properly placed and will not be modified.
