Has anyone had any trouble with the outbreak perfected quest line? I did the quest but can’t unlock any of its intrinsic perks besides the first few that it gives you and can’t redo the quest to try it again to see if that would fix it. Does anyone have any solutions for this or did I just mess the whole thing up?
