So the people who want to engage with the game in a positive way need to segregate themselves from those who break the ToS? If someone is so tilted that they need to reach for a keyboard to be vile twords their fellow man (I play exclusively on console), the best thing for both them and the game is to put them on timeout and teach them manners. A 1-week lockout of all social features isn't unreasonable when someone Team-chats racist sh*t on the regular. We don't ceed the space to the worst of us... We exclude them from the space! They can come back when they want to play nice. This is kindergarten stuff!

Yeah good luck with that, every game with some sort of multiplayer is going to have toxic people in text chat or voice chat. If it were that easy every company would be doing what you said. They want attention, block them, simple as that, move on and enjoy the game. That’s what I do.
