I've just returned to destiny 2 and when I tried to log onto the game my characters are gone due to the cross save I believe. I have correctly linked my account and set everything up as it should be but I still cant get my characters, also for whatever reason I am some how have a different bungie id. I have had the same bungie account and id since destiny 1. Not too sure what's happened there. I have tried logging out and in again, ive been through all the related trouble shoots but nothing seems to be working

I have played them on my xbox so I know it works and the last time I played was June 2024 and played the entire final shape expansion on xbox and long before that, ive used the characters on xbox for the past 2-3years. The two characters you still have: 211 hours (Hunter) and 38 hours (Warlock) of gameplay, plus there is a deleted character with nearly 66 hours of gameplay. Are those not the ones you remember having?

They are the ones I want back yes

And none of those appears when you log in to your Xbox account?
