From Iran Error code Tapir
Hey....Im from Iran and
its been a while Me and many of my friends cant Log into the D2 game only by using vpn with high ping that even dont worth playing.
and i dont know if its from bungie servers that limited our IPs or its from our Country that limited our network providers
can u guys make it clear for us ppl?

If that doesn't help, change the server in Steam: Settings - Downloads - Download Region... Bungie don't help, they don't care... The issue arose after the online maintenance on Monday night and before the offline maintenance on Tuesday. So far, it most closely resembles a GeoIP block from Bungie's side.
