Good points, but gonna get a downvote for even suggesting paid vault space. It should come with expansions. This isn't a mobile game.
when the game next door
Which is? Anyway, they said themselves that they can't add either infinite or large amounts of vault space, because it causes last gen consoles to perform worse, and probably causes crashes as well. PS4 was consistently crashing just a week or two ago because of a Titan armor ornament. They need to pull a Rise of Iron already.
Which is?
Warframe. A lot more content, still in 50+ GB, no content removed, even several reworks of the places and new player experience and still putting effort to make toasters able to run it smoothly
Anyway, they said themselves that they can't add either infinite or large amounts of vault space, because it causes last gen consoles to perform worse, and probably causes crashes as well.
Sounds like game development nowadays, no optimization and just leave it to players to upgrade because they can't be bothered to make it playable without crashing
PS4 was consistently crashing just a week or two ago because of a Titan armor ornament.
Sounds like no optimization to me and lack of quality testing

Warframe barely has unique spaces, and when they do they're either poorly detailed or relatively small. If you call grinding the same missions that look and play exactly the same way as other missions on a different destination "content", then sure Warframe has much more of that (endless repetition). I'm sure Bungie could optimize a little, but Destiny worlds and playable content are nothing like Warframe.
Warframe barely has unique spaces
Barely? You can act ignorant but there are 25 tile sets and 4 landscapes that arent three areas connected through corridors and what do you get for kepler? Recycled assets cobbled together and how big is the place if not padded through matterspark tunnel?
when they do they're either poorly detailed or relatively small.
Go on, what are the details you can find on each destinations on destiny and small? I don't think there's anything memorable when destinations in destiny are barely more than three slightly open areas with access between being small corridors
If you call grinding the same missions that look and play exactly the same way as other missions on a different destination "content", then sure Warframe has much more of that (endless repetition).
And destiny isn't the same? When the gameplay is "fight your way to the end of the level and defeat the boss" in different places, and now made worse with portal having only a few activities for no good reason, it's ridiculous that destiny has less variation in endless repetition Even then, you have different factions to play around in Warframe. When was the last time you get any new faction after the scorn?
I'm sure Bungie could optimize a little, but Destiny worlds and playable content are nothing like Warframe.
What worlds and playable content now?

And by "landscapes" I assume this is not including the free roam areas.
and what do you get for kepler? Recycled assets cobbled together
This is most of Warframe maps: The same exact architecture with slightly different textures like cyst on the walls or it rains when you're outside. Kepler is practically the only example of this in Destiny.
And destiny isn't the same?
No. Warframe is a mobile game. You grind to grind to wait to grind - unless you pay up and instantly get the best stuff. The gameplay feels unrewarding also. Abilities either do nothing or clear the whole map at pretty much any difficulty — most of the weapons are trash with rare exceptions (until you get the OHK anything super endgame stuff), and there's a huge reliance on having the best mods and upgrades instead of having skill and being rewarded for it. Not to mention that you need to grind vendor ranks at a daily limit if you want a lot of the good mods and such.
now made worse with portal having only a few activities for no good reason
you can play things that aren't in the portal. Nobody is stopping you.
you have different factions to play around in Warframe
You mean the same guys you've been fighting since 2014, but red now, or with a different thing on their head? I saw they added one set of new creatures a while ago in a major update, but only in one area. I don't count the same enemy faction with a different look as new.
What worlds and playable content now?
This ties into the first thing: Destiny has 9 (soon to be 10) distinct available destinations (some places can be accessed, but aren't available, and I'm not counting Cosmodrome or Plaguelands which are different maps but still Earth), 10 distinct raids which take place in mostly different settings than is available in patrol, 10 (soon to be 11) distinct dungeons that take place in different maps, dozens of strikes and several exotic missions in unique areas, not to mention all the crucible maps and seasonal activities (that are coming back around).
a whole 25 distinct templates for procedurally generated rooms while there are like 18 destinations? And by "landscapes" I assume this is not including the free roam areas.
There are destinations exclusive map with some being shared maps such as ships and galleon, giving two locations in one destination And landscape is the other name for free roam areas
This is most of Warframe maps: The same exact architecture with slightly different textures like cyst on the walls or it rains when you're outside. Kepler is practically the only example of this in Destiny.
Only if you just look at a glance. Architecture between grineer, corpus and orokin are distinct while cyst on walls is caused by infestation and there are still 25 distinct maps just with that
No. Warframe is a mobile game. You grind to grind to wait to grind
Do I need to remind you about pinnacle, weekly reset and such? No different
The gameplay feels unrewarding also. Abilities either do nothing or clear the whole map at pretty much any difficulty
You need to learn a bit of modding for that and I've seen some madmen wiping the map with abilities that do nothing when I tried it
most of the weapons are trash with rare exceptions (until you get the OHK anything super endgame stuff),
People are bringing tutorial weapons all the way to level 9999 nowadays, that's how big your power is and OHK anything requires some investment
and there's a huge reliance on having the best mods and upgrades instead of having skill and being rewarded for it.
As if destiny isn't worse where you can only use a handful of gears because everything else is trash and the good gears end up being nerfed because they're used too much on bungie's graph and what skill? Plinking enemies from far away or relying on ability spam isn't really that much of a skill
Not to mention that you need to grind vendor ranks at a daily limit if you want a lot of the good mods and such.
Good mods but not mandatory, and you will finish it in no time when you play while you have to go out of your way in destiny or we won't see the complaints about grinding caldera and mines if it's not
you can play things that aren't in the portal. Nobody is stopping you.
And get nothing for it since everything is about portal? I doubt there's anyone playing them when they don't drop anything worthwhile
You mean the same guys you've been fighting since 2014, but red now, or with a different thing on their head? I saw they added one set of new creatures a while ago in a major update, but only in one area. I don't count the same enemy faction with a different look as new.
Please, this is not destiny. There's the murmur which I prefer to call it possessed rocks, Scaldra which I'll just dismiss it as grineer but in 1999 with acid based attacks for you to make it not too much difference against destiny Overall, there are six factions (omitting several to make it not too much in difference) compared to destiny
And how many out of all of that being useful when none of them being updated in rewards compared to portal? There are so many complaints about it that you can see just from this forum
