You can't reset it, they removed the ability to reset your rank when they removed the vendor ranking up system. Once you hit 10k Valor you stay there until a seasonal reset puts you back at 0 with Renegades. They may do a reset with Ash & Iron but its unlikely as that isn't a seasonal reset nor have they mentioned doing so.
