Destiny 2 is dead to me.
After over 10k hours of gameplay in D2 and several thousand more in D, I am calling it quits. The lack of understanding that seems to be coming from Bungie is staggering. No one,and I mean no one, asked for the changes like they are in the game. The game has been made impossible for people that have a life outside of living on your pc or console. How may solo ops does one person have to run to level up? Who in their right mind would do that and more importantly who thought that would be a great edition to the game? The portal is completely unnecessary because everything is already in the game. The only good thing I have seen is Zavala selling gear every week to rank up with. That would have been a great addition to the game as it was. Reseting all the gear and the new tier system was a great way to tell all the people that had spent years grinding weapons and armor that they don't matter. Obviously Bungie didn't learn from the last weapon sunsetting debacle. I would encourage everyone to put down your controller ,logg off the game and walk away. Maybe then and only then will Bungie finally understand how much they have screwed this game up for the players.

I’ve been very disappointed as well. The decisions being made are absolutely mind boggling but at the end of the day, I still log on for a couple hours and play. I see you were on a few hours ago…. Did you get pulled back in as well?

5 通の返信It is not dead to me but I am moving away from the game. Very excited for Borderlands they have made some major changes. Also they are bringing back pearls and they are saying they have less than a 1% chance of dropping. Challenge and grind accepted!

1 返信Same. It’s clear that they don’t GAF anymore. They have an army of smooth brained simpletons who are defending their mediocrity so maybe they’ll be enough to sustain them.

3 通の返信It is a different game now, just old content being recycled in a portal for the sole purpose of grinding a meaningless power level. Feels like the game is on life support with minimum staff, a glorified glimmer extractor that is running out of juice. 😥

10 通の返信I stopped this past weekend. Tired of getting C's for not being on drugs when I play lmao but yeah, not fun anymore. Don't even have fomo with the season pass stuff cause why bother, game sucks now!

Completely agree! Im a d1y1 veteran and this game had a culture...a community...a certain feel back in the day....that is dead. This new portal amd grind for leveling sucks....after over a decade, im bout to walk! Later destiny.....its been a wild ride but your devs are idiots amd your leadership is blind and deaf

2 通の返信Haven’t touched it since Wukong dropped on Xbox. Not sure will ever touch again. Didn’t buy the DLC and no regret. Spent some time to get to 410+ for a new set of pvp gear and that’s it I guess

1 返信Yep. It’s over. Stopped playing, didn’t buy this expansion…. Check in on Tuesdays out of curiosity. I honestly can’t believe anyone continues to play this.

1 返信Did they fire all the original creators? Seriously they need to do their own thing and stop listening to streamers and bot pvp players. Remove sbmm and make strike boss fights like how the were in d1 which is bullet sponges.
