Vanguard operations aren't in the portal.
Vanguard ops hasn't changed other than removing GM nightfalls when edge of fate came out.

If so it has 16 selectable activities, 3 of which have matchmaking option. Then there's 4 playlist of varying difficulty. They will probably change with ash and iron update.
