In your TWID you say based on class identity, warlocks are slow

More Proof you guys really don’t play the game you made. Warlocks are not the slowest class.. Titans SHOULD be based on your logic but guess what? they aren’t. Hunters are actually the slowest class in terms of sprint speed. how much sense does that make ?

    all of the info OP posted here is pure lies. its not even close. clearly a titan main too because he wants the titans to be fastest too. -"warlocks slowest" do you even know well skating and icarus pseudo skating? warlocks are the fastest right now because of icarus dash alone in terms of skilled movement --warlocks should be slowest because their identity is casting magic, casters are slow in general -titans shouldnt be fastest. you might as well throw the whole identity of hunters being agile if you want titans to be fastest. lore wise and gamewise hunters are always the 1st on the frontlines because they are the scouts of the vanguard. -"Hunters are actually the slowest class in terms of sprint speed", you do know every class has the same sprint speed right? clearly not. only makes a difference on sprint speed is amplified. or someone is using transversive, dunemarchers, stompees. TLDR: OP doesnt know anything about the game, and needs to go back to reddit because his "kind" is there

    • It’s not about their sprint speed but more so about their jumps. Both warlock and titan jumps are momentum based in the way that they push you forward so they also benefit from speed boots like dunes or tsteps. This means you can skate with to keep up your momentum. It works best with a scroll wheel but you can kind of imitate it on controller

      • More nonsense, inventing something to be angry about. 😇👍💠 Casters are always the slowest. DPS is always the most agile. Tanks and DPS are close in overall speed... because they're 'front-line'. I'm not making any of this up. People just don't want Hunters to be the best at DPS, and Bungie shouldn't be afraid to say it. Because, 1. We already were... for the last 3-4 yrs. Not the easiest DPS, but the BEST! 2. DPS is already more vulnerable... anyone who plays Hunter seriously alongside the other 2 classes knows this. Or should. Bungie is figuring it out. Tanks are the easiest... that's Titan.

        • Huh? No they are not😂 they have a faster base movement plus stompees are a better movement exotic than transversive steps

          • Anecdotal evidence can be misleading and is very subjective. I don't know how valid or accurate a foot race is seeing that there can be variables like internet speed, PC verses console, etc. But all in all, the people who should know are the programmers at Bungie. They allocate the numbers, the fixed base stats for each guardian type. The movement speed is one of those numbers. What orher stats factor into runnung a foot race, I don't know. Bottom line, I'm inclined to believe the developer who has access to the data for the characters they created. If people's game experience differs from that, there would have to be an almost unanimous outcry, but I don't see that so far. (Full disclosure, I am currently a Warlock main but was exclusively Hunter when I first began playing. I tried to remain nuetral in my opinion and did not argue for any side in this debate. I only wanted to provide insight into whom I thought should be the obvious choice when it comes to knowing a characters capabilities). My opinion, I think Hunter's have an advantage especially in close combat, Their ability to move around the battlefield by dodging and stealth allows them to inflict a great deal of damage as well as avoid it. As for Warlocks, I think they can do a fair amount of damage, except their floaty jump makes them a sitting duck and their slow animation to put down a well gets them one shotted quite a bit. Titans kinda the best of both worlds but you gotta be comfortable with melee.

          • Hunters definitely need to be quicker… at least let them compete for speed with the other 2
