INCORRECT! But I will make a recommendation:

It may be worse after 400, but it is bad right to 400 also. I am not doing the same boring, recycled mission a thousand times, all while they get harder and harder and harder as I level, for no real rewards.
At 10 I got crappy tier 1 gear at 170 I am getting crappy tier 1 gear. I am not playing to 350 or whatever level I need to reach just for Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5 gear Like my old gear was. Old gear that took me years to collect. I am not playing thing grind for 4 year just to get back to where I was right before EOF!

You have to remember that a lot of people easily hit 400 through Solstice. I knew the player population would fall right after that event because it was showering most people with loot if they were grinding hard and power progress was pretty fast. I went from 205 to 405 during the event and then my other two characters were instantly 405 once I went through and did the armor quests on them for Solstice. I can't imagine doing the 200+ grind now w/o all the extra loot drops that were popping off during the Solstice grind.

Do you like PvP at all? As far as I can tell, your light level in there doesn't matter much and you get loads of drops to level up fast. I found that much faster and more enjoyable than farming solo ops which to me is the most boring of all boring tasks.
