Maybe content like this that was never designed with limited revives in mind should not have your deaths during transition periods such as jump puzzles count but once you get to the points where you're dealing with fighting enemies then have it affect you
The Whisper Mission was designed to have a strict 20 minute time limit before booting players to Orbit and could only be launched after completing a rare Public Event that occurred maybe once an hour in a specific Patrol Zone on Io.
Over time the devs made changes to ensure the Public Event spawned more often, and eventually just gave the Whisper Mission a Node from which it could be launched at will with zero downtime. When they revamped the Mission and added selectable difficulties they expanded the time limit to 40 minutes at base.
With the Portal system now in place the Whisper Mission no longer even boots to Orbit when the timer runs out by default, meaning at lower difficulties in which Revive Limits are not active players can give themselves an unlimited amount of time to practice the traversal sections.
Rather than banging your head against the wall hoping that you might “get lucky” one time in however many attempts to squeak through with limited respawns, why not spend some time finding your footing on the Brave difficulty setting, practicing the jumps again and again until you can get to the actual combat with as few deaths as possible.

I don't have a problem with going through the jump puzzle I can make it through it it's the intangibles of the jump puzzle The when you actually do land on the ground your guys slips and falls off the as you're coming in for your landing you just happen to slightly graze a wall and it knocks you off course You just are about to go into something and then a piece of moving terrain comes down and smacks you.
Even if you are the best player at times you have screw-ups happen. I get no enjoyment out of this mission there would be no reason for me to ever want to subject myself to play it repeatedly at lower difficulties to try to be able to do it at higher difficulties when it's the same thing regardless of what difficulty I'm doing on because I have no problem with the light level of the dungeon it's only the landings and my character never grabbing or mantling when he should. I could run through this all day it doesn't change the fact that I'm going to be pissed off on the runs where my guy slips on the ground as he lands and I fall off and die and then get sent to orbit. I like playing a game for enjoyment I don't want to have a game be a chore. Why would anyone want to practice a mission 100 times to get good enough to then do it 500 times to level up a few points of light it makes no sense You're going to be in solo ops You're going to do other pinnacles that drop more loot I'm trying to make a suggestion to make the event more tolerable to more people because at the rate this game is going it might not see an expansion after renegades.
