In reading all I could think of was an E-Sports style revamp. But completely misunderstanding that E-Sports need to be short enough to watch and relatively well balanced and known for teamwork to occur. Then focus on portal and higher stakes play. Also misunderstanding that players need to enjoy the trip and get to that level. Also as an RPG need places to hang out which Portal is definitely not. Nearly threw up with a couple of the business strategy changes. Out of touch is a light way of putting it.
