You NEED to give rewards for Guardians spending time in difficult content. Everyone is LEAVING.
I’ve been seeing a lot of people leaving due to Not being rewarded for spending hours in missions (mostly mythic) & it’s honestly a sad true fact. With Mythic campaign legit being the ONLY NEW CONTENT that is the hardest. It should a drop atleast 1 Tier 4-5 after each mission. Destiny 2 really went so down hill so bad. You guys NEED to make a Destiny 3 if you want to keep moving forward. & do a whole rework in Loot & Armor & weapons again cause THIS AINT IT.

If you want tier 5 loot guaranteed from missions then do the 2 weekly missions. You can't attuned what you want and get it to drop.

Do you think they care? Does their complete lack of acknowledgement that about 1/3 of the players even bought in look like a company that is concerned or a company looking to keep the lights on for about another year?

Helped a clan mate run a mythic keplar mission shortly after release. Took around 30-40 minutes of strategic (read back of map gun play) . Got a few blue and a purple material. Haven’t touched the missions since

I think it’s too late for a D3 now. Maybe a couple of years ago, but I don’t think it’d be in much of s better place than D2 is currently. I’ve said a few times that I think D3 should have started with Beyond Light. There would have been no content vault, all of D2 as it was then would still be intact today. -
I, for one, would not want a D3 as it'll just be a cash grab by selling us old content form D1 + D2. Bungie is completely inept at what they are doing at the moment, cannot even design new weapons models apart from slapping some s..t on an existing model and selling it as new and people want a D3, imagine IO coming back in a different colour and calling it Uranus or some stupid name. Look at Kepler, just re-used assets from IO, Tangled shore etc. arranged differently and boom, new planet, wow!!!! Just really hate what Destiny has become BUT Eververse is stocked with overpriced bs.

5 通の返信Destiny 2 is gone. This is Destiny 3. Destiny 2 is buried in the world tab with zero reason to go there. I did the mythic campaign stuff and the Keplar triumphs which was a borderline punishable offense. It was more difficult than most portal activities and contributed 0 to the power progression. That ended up being a kick in the shins because I got lower tier rewards from arms week. My bad for wanting to play the new stuff instead of K1. I’ve been putting in the Solstice hours to get my T5 gear where I want it, but as soon as solstice is over, I’m done until the 5 minutes that ash and iron brings. I’m over 400 and I don’t think there’s a reason to continue for now.

Its like here is the 2 weekly mythic missions and here is 2 t5 rewards at 300 Lets put all the rewards in trials tho for quick and easy power lvling while pve is meh here is a 1 out of 20 shot for a powerful drop

Agree to a point. The higher the game mode the volume of drops and level the drops should match. You should be able to view what type of drops will occur. Grading system needs to be mostly group based and only tied to bonus drops. Game mode drop rates need to be tied to play time. Exotic drop percentage needs to be adjusted. There are lots of levers Bungie can pull to fix this. Quality of life improvements such as this have never been a priority.

You can give feedback about things you don't like without making things up. Just in case you weren't aware.

Destiny 3 is 5 years away minimum if they stopped working on D2 and worked on D3. Sony needs Bungie to be profitable this year. That being said you are right the rewards just ain’t there for time spent. Tier 5 being a grind a difficult achievement is a good thing but the grind from 200 to 300 is what was the most painful. It’s great after u hit the 300 mark but all that loot b4 is kinda worthless or could have been a chance at a god roll. If we were able to enhance our weapons that dropped as tier 1 or 2s and enhance them up to our power and tier that would greatly value our total time spent.

8 通の返信The pinnacle progression is just downright ridiculous ... I've been stuck at 405 for days ... why is there a pinnacle ops category that doesn't reward a pinnacle? I had two pinnacle drop where they rewarded me a tier 1 weapon 2 light lower then I am ..you think getting to 400 was bad .this is utterly pointless

There are some difficult activities if you don't get a certain grade you don't get any gear or the gear you get is at level or lower. The grading system needs to go. It's elitism. I spent 25 minutes in a master quickplay fire team ops in liminality and got nothing.

Except the primary reason to complete the mythic difficulty missions is to complete triumphs for tier increases on loot. Yes, they should at least drop a gear upgrade, but nobody's interested in farming a super long campaign mission for anything. I completed mythic week 2 with my group. It was honestly easier than grandmasters pre expansion. Now, when you look at where the average player is skill wise, and add in the lack of any drops, you just need to accept that they're currently tuned to be a part of unlocking tier bonuses on Kepler. If you want actual loot, play the sieve. It's also a Ton easier than mythic.
