Hi can someone at bungie please look into this. I bought the Final shape + annual pass on July 1st on PSN, but when I logged in today after my PS+ has expired the expansion isn’t unlocked on my account. Now I did download the The final shape as the free June PSN game first, but then after as I saw the discount price and as I wanted the seasons, bought the full ‘The final shape + Annual pass’ on July 1st. I’m guessing this is something to do with the fact I grabbed the free PS+ version first & now that my PS+ has expired it’s gone. But regardless I purchased (with real money & have the email receipt) the full game + annual pass after. Can someone your end verify this and get this unlocked on my Bungie account please. I’m probably gonna renew my PS+ anyway, but I shouldn’t have too to gain access to the content I paid for.
