Thank you for the quick response! Do you know if there's any possibility that someone from customer support could go in and reset the ornament on my account or something? Or would the only fix be waiting to see if the issue is patched out?

The artifice one was known to prevent the unlock if obtained before the normal version - this should've been fixed with 7.3.0. The fix wasn't retroactive though so players had to reobtain the chest plate.
