Found out that the mission Saturnism on Fabled TimeLatch is soft locked if you have the upgrade "Relocator II" so you need to either not get that upgrade or find someone that doesn't have it, so they can pick up the relocator. So.. anyone that doesn't have the Relocator II upgrade please friend me and help me.
