If you enjoy the gameplay buy them both & experience the stories & new subclasses. Both boss fights are horrible though. Prismatic is worth the money, strand was but not really anymore. Shop around, try cdkeys & cjscdkeys, get a nice price & buy them. There's not much new content right now

As for Lightfall, I'm very much miss on that but some people do swear by the subclass and raid. Personally once I got everything from the raid I dropped it and Neomuna with its negative power delta did not help with replayability for me. Reward Pass is simply just the paid tier of the "season pass" but renamed, it doesn't go further than that content wise.
