Hi Everyone, I've been playing Destiny since it first ever released all the way back in D1 and have loved it ever since... aside from some of the expansions. A few days ago I logged in to play and started playing the neomuna campaign on my hunter because I never got strand for my hunter and wanted to pair it with the new chest exotic that came from the legendary Edge of Fate campaign. I was halfway through the first mission then BOOM I was banned and do not know why. I have submitted a ticket regarding the ban and it was closed with no communication from Bungie at all. I resubmitted the ticket and I think I know why the ban happened. I used a FlyDigi Vader 4 Pro controller the day I was banned, I was not aware of this but the software for the controller itself has the capability to setup macros. I NEVER used this feature and was not even aware of it until I started research on the controller and the software itself. Bungie won't get back to me and its disheartening because I have spent so much money on expansions, skins, as well as a lot of time on this game with my friends. I just want my account back and was wondering if anyone knew any other way to get to talk with Bungie. Thank you.
