We always have new gear bonuses since WQ. It started with better gear with origin traits and the artifact. Seasonal gear getting buffs isn’t new. We also have had a power reset every time we get a new artifact. Power isn’t attached to the artifact but instead gained by playing more difficult content. It’s just labeled now. Your gear isn’t sunset either. Adepts and crafted weapons are the equivalent of tier 3 and 4 weapons. It will be just fine to do anything in the game. If you want the new gear that’s slightly better then chase new loot. That’s not a new thing either. How do players miss this?
