Just cancelled my pre order
The TWAB was the last straw. Another lightfall, CoO flop incoming.

Everyone I know is moving on from the franchise. Four other friends pre ordered, all have cancelled because they seen what Bungie have planned and have realised it is just not worth it anymore, from both a value for money and investment of our time point of view.

I've enjoyed the game since day one D1, but as Bungies passion for their cash cow has died, so has mine. I was good with the armor changes when first announced. Everything else and the resetting of gear every 6 months is dumb. Negative progression with endless grind to make it happen sucks the life out of any enjoyment. Games are made to be fun, not second jobs.

Be careful you’re setting a pattern, over delivery set higher expectations and what matters is velocity not Quality so beware of OVER DELIVERY. Remember this guy is in-charge now every time you feel the game sucks

Actually same.. I spent a lot of years hoping, and trying to defend questionable choices, but after over a decade I really just can't do it anymore. It's garbage change after garbage change, and they forgot how to make a good game because they spent too much time virtue signalling and pushing slop. Honestly.. it's bittersweet, but I'm glad to see the community pushing back on this dlc. They never learn until it's too late, but one way or another, they're gonna learn. Maybe they turn around and reveal something amazing, maybe they don't. I think we can all agree this is possibly THE defining moment for the game though.

The offending post has been removed, and you are banned from the forums until 7/27/2025 8:16 AM. "Fools ban for private matches Imfao. This company" Code of Conduct Im so glad i kicked this horrible company to the curb 6 months ago!!!!! I told him Bungie was nothing more than a Shady milk machine but he didn't listen.

4 通の返信They are currently projected to end up with about half the purchase numbers of TFS. I think that’s generous with the number of people walking backing back their purchases. Pay more, get less, past history of creating bugs and NEVER fixing them (or if they do many months later) poor to no communication. Not sun-seeting but pretty much making us self-sunset and regrind levels ever 6 months, Still not actively addressing their insane RNG weighting make us run something a hundred+ times to get something, killing crafting to help enforce this grind. So my question is WHY would anybody pre-order???? First time since D1's first DLC that I have not and will not pre-order. Probably won't get it at all. The funny thing is Bungo knows about our, uhmmmm, concerns (LOL) and they do NOTHING to address them. But hey they are really selling the new shooting range, which we did indeed ask for - Menagerie 2.0 but sooooo not worth $100 they should have sold that as a separate addon in Eververse for those they actually want to use it, which are many but maybe half of us.

I'm going to let the content speak for itself... avoiding the videos and rants going in blind to enjoy the game without toxic bias...it was so much better to just buy a game in the old days when all you had was one short commercial and the box art look at...for me it's the not knowing and figuring it out as i go that makes it fun...
