I purchased the Collector’s Edition and received a broken game code.
I’ve been in contact with the support team for over a month now, and all I keep getting is the same generic response: 'The team is working to fix the issue.'
Had I known it would be like this, I wouldn’t have purchased the game through the PSN shop. This has been really disappointing.
