If you haven't seen already you can see this here... https://imgur.com/a/F0qBT5X Bungie is planning on doing borrowed power to the extreme that the new gear does more damage for that season and as soon as its over its effectively just nerfed. So any of your previous gear is just worse because it just does less damage because it just does. This sucks any build crafting potential out of the room when new gear just gives you straight up more damage and damage resist. That 15% on energy weapons is the equivalent of frenzy being procced 100% of the time for free. This needs to be removed imo.
