If 4-6 weeks go by and there hasn't been a response or you're still banned, then you can safely assume your appeal has already been reviewed and denied.
Bungie do not guarantee any responses and in most cases you will not get one unless they need information from you or they are telling you they've accepted the appeal. They will often leave tickets open so that isn't an indicator that it hasn't been reviewed.

It’s such a shame as I believe this truly to be an injust ban and they don’t provide reason just a “hold on right there” Such a shame been playing for Years across two platforms so I’ve had to rebuy a lot of content just money wasted.

dude, it's your own fault. seriously, April 21 2025 trials on your warlock. over 20 victories in a row?? didn't lose a match at all that day. first match neither team had any kills. quite a few of the other matches you were the only one with any kills on both teams. LOL
