Heavy metal ranks
Anyone know why I can't collect the Enhancement Prisms from rank 4 and 11 of Heavy Metal?
It says not enough space but I've only 68 inventory

Ask them 100 times past week and still no fix, plus the every time you go to The Nine area getting error, no Bungie, it isn’t our connection it happening with other people in different town and ISP, stop blaming our connection!

Glad they're looking into it. Went for the enhancement prism through the Heavy Metal event and just tried to exchange some with Rahool. Never got the ones I traded for AND it's still saying I have zero even though I know I should have many more at this point. Just want to upgrade my stuff :(

Hi, I had to use all my prisms to be able to collect them however once collected they cannot be used as they don’t show when trying to upgrade armour, I am now also unable to get more as when I went to get some from rahoul I was able to purchase 2 but they never appeared in my inventory
